LXP Talent is seeking a dedicated trainer to deliver Functional Skills English and Mathematics to apprenticeship learners across West Midlands and beyond.
The role combines face-to-face delivery with remote and blended learning, plus occasional travel to employer sites.
You will plan, deliver and assess sessions, support learners toward timely qualifications, coach and mentor learners, and adapt materials to individual needs while collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality training.
