We are a small, experienced team with a strong track record, long-standing client relationships and a global community of over 200,000 marketing, sales and technology professionals. Our work spans enterprise clients and high-growth organisations. Our environment rewards curiosity, accountability and high standards of delivery.

Reporting Line: Reports to the CEO. No direct reports initially. Team management responsibilities might be added over time as your role progresses and the team grows.

- Analyse diagnostic data in Excel and BI tools: gap analysis, importance-proficiency scoring, heatmaps, and role/market cuts.
- Review capability frameworks against best-practice criteria: clarity, completeness, role alignment, maturity progression, measurability.
- Prepare client-ready slides: capability framework overviews, diagnostic results decks, stakeholder pre-reads, and workshop materials.
