Location: 100% Remote.
Reporting Line: Reports to the CEO. No direct reports initially. Team management responsibilities might be added over time as your role progresses and the team grows.
The role:
- Capability Consulting Support (approx. 60%): This is the core of the role. You will work directly on enterprise marketing capability programmes, including our current engagement with a global pharmaceutical company.
- Course and Learning Content (approx. 20%): Drawing on knowledge built through client work and research, you will help translate frameworks and insights into structured learning content.
- Research and Insight Writing (approx. 10%): Contributing to LXA's published research output, which builds market credibility and feeds directly back into consulting and course work.
- Speaker and Community Engagement (approx. 10%): Supporting our event programme by identifying and approaching relevant practitioners.
Your current role: You may currently be working as a Consultant or analyst at an L&D consultancy, capability agency or marketing consulting firm, or at a management or HR consulting firm where capability programme delivery is part of your work. You are probably 5 to 7 years into your career.
