About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Customer-Focused Graphic Designer. In this role, you will communicate directly with clients, interpret requirements and execute daily graphic design requests with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Effectively gather relevant information from client briefs.
  • Create visually appealing designs tailored for print, following production guidelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in design software and ensure designs are print-ready.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deadlines related to production schedules.
  • Review and proofread all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to print specifications.
  • Uphold high standards of design quality, considering unique print processes.

Who You Are

  • A graphic designer with a passion for design and a solid understanding of fundamentals.
  • Possessing a portfolio showcasing previous design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with working within brand guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

What You Will Need

  • At least 3 years' work experience in a design role.
  • Experience designing and producing printed and digital materials across channels.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and guidelines is advantageous.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm.
