Due to company growth within the UK, there is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their rapidly expanding team. Role Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, initiative, and exceptional communication skills. You will be instrumental in enabling the MD to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations, communications, and key projects. Role & Responsibilities * Manage the MD’s diary, inbox, and travel arrangements. * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. * Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. * Support board and committee meetings, including document preparation. * Assist with strategic projects and initiatives. * Maintain effective filing systems and administrative processes. * Support the change management process. Essential * A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or PA at senior level. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational and time-management abilities. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
