Business Development Manager – Waste Management £40,000 – £50,000 basic (DOE negotiable) , uncapped Commission, Company car (Audi, BMW or Merc), company laptop and mobile phone Homebased: Covering various UK locations Responsibilities Lead Generation / Market Analysis & develop New Business Opportunities Pipeline – build and maintain a steady pipeline. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients. Lead negotiations and close business deals. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Track and report on lead generation metrics, sales pipeline progress, and business development activities to management. Experience & Knowledge Required Proven experience in waste management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of at least £40,000 per month. Proven track record in successfully driving new business growth and will be responsible for generating new business via inbound leads and self-generated leads. Build your own client portfolio to manage and grow. Ability to close sales deals through multiple channels to spearhead business and sales growth.
