We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of a local well-established Staffordshire business to join their close-knit senior operations team.
Location: Staffordshire (2-3 days office based)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Car, Bonus (DOE)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a clear pathway to Director level. This role is ideal for an ambitious, high-performing sales professional who is looking to step into a strategic leadership position. You will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring the sales team, driving sustained revenue growth, developing high-value client partnerships, and setting the standard through a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing development support.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and sales strategies aligned with overall business growth plans.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and consistent deal progression.
- Drive new business development, identifying and securing high-value opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term commercial objectives.
- Implement and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and results.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent within the team.
