Job Description:
LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with bar and sundry supplies. We are the fastest growing privately owned drinks company in Britain, ranked 24th in the Sunday Times PWC Profit Track 100. We employ over 1,500 people across 18 depots in the UK, with a Support Centre and Hub Distribution Centre in Manchester.
Overview
Drive new business via lead generation and increase customer retention by managing Retention Reports and minimizing attrition.
Main Duties
- Ensure high standards of customer service, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.
- Support account managers by informing them of weekly report results, maintaining awareness of business retention, and setting up appointments for new business.
- Review Down Traders and report to Sales Manager.
- Follow up on actions for the above reports for Telesales and/or Account Managers.
- Create initial business relationships with new customers, set up initial orders and delivery requirements.
- Proactively resolve customer issues through excellent customer service.
- Support the wider team as Online Depot Champion.
- Promote LWC Drinks\β own brand products.
- Brief office staff and account managers on new brochures and promotional drives.
- Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assist in acquiring new business, and support administrative needs.
- Produce and maintain the Account Manager Prospect Pipeline.
Knowledge and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
- Ability to use the Trinity system and LWC Drinks quote system.
- Good teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the drinks industry, products, and the on-trade market.
