Promotion and Revenue Lead
Objectives of the job:
Were looking for a highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive Promotion and Revenue Lead to join our team. In this role, youll help drive the success of our promotional activities. Working closely with suppliers, the Buying team, eCommerce team, and designers to make sure our deals are exciting, well-executed, and delivered on time across print and digital channels. Youll be a key player in managing our national promotional brochure, supporting supplier relationships, and ensuring our online and offline campaigns run smoothly. Main Duties:
Promotional Brochure Management
Help plan and deliver the LWC National Promotional Brochure every two months
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to agree promotional deals
Coordinate, review, and approve brochure page plans
Manage supplier-funded marketing budgets and process related invoices
Commercial & Buying Support
Track supplier marketing contributions and help the Buying team manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Review market pricing on supplier-submitted deals and negotiate improved terms when needed
Oversee supplier claims and ensure accurate monthly depot-level reporting
Digital & eCommerce Coordination
Support the eCommerce team with online promotions and digital campaign setup
Ensure promotional codes and pricing are correctly processed through the Product Information Management (PIM) system and Margin Management tools
Coordinate online advertising, including sponsored social media posts
Make sure timelines are hit and all supplier marketing budgets are fully used
Internal Communications & Team Support
Work with the Marketing Lead and Wine Team to create engaging article content for the brochure
Write internal notes to brief Sales and Telesales teams on brochure deals
Liaise with the Regional Customer Service Manager to coordinate depot-level promotions and Drive Days
