2 week pattern: week 1 Mon-Fri, week 2 Tues-Sat. Start times vary between 6am-8am.
Overview: To deliver products to customers within a specific area in a safe and friendly manner. Responsible for the care and upkeep of your designated vehicle. To provide excellent customer service standards to every customer.
Main Duties:
- Prepare the vehicle by conducting operator maintenance, ensuring all products for delivery are correct and loaded safely.
- Complete delivery notes, return sheets, and collect payments.
- Execute special requests from customers by picking up and delivering items as directed on the delivery note.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information.
- Check run sheets and picked orders for deliveries and routing.
- Plan routes and requirements for drops by studying the schedule and customer requests on the delivery note.
- Inform customers of any stock shortages or problems with their delivery.
- Return all empty cases and gas bottles, ensuring they are correctly stored in the empties yard and unloaded properly.
- Adhere to correct health and safety procedures and complete all required checks, passing check sheets to the distribution manager.
- Assist in the warehouse when required.
- Maintain a presentable appearance in the correct LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
- Physical and manual handling involved.
