Class 2 Driver
Overview: To deliver products to customers within a specific area in a safe and friendly manner. Responsible for the care and upkeep of your designated vehicle. To provide excellent Customer service standards to every customer.
Main Duties:
- Preparing the vehicle by conducting operator maintenance, ensuring all products for a delivery are correct and loaded safely.
- Completing delivery notes, return sheets, and collecting payments.
- Executing any special requests from customers by picking up and delivering items as directed on the delivery note.
- Maintaining customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information.
- Checking run sheets, picked orders for your deliveries, and routing.
- Planning your route and requirements for the drop by studying the schedule and customer requests on the delivery note.
- Informing customers of any stock shortages or problems with their delivery.
- Returning all empty cases and gas bottles, ensuring they are stored correctly in the empties yard and unloaded properly.
- Adhering to correct health and safety procedures.
- Completing all required checks and passing check sheets to the distribution manager.
- Assisting in the warehouse when required.
- Maintaining a presentable appearance in the correct LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
- Performing physical and manual handling tasks.

Additional Information:
- Work schedule: any 5 days out of 7. Start times between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with finish times from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday hours: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Sunday hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- £2000 discretionary bonus, subject to meeting KPIs.
