Overview
Assist the driver in delivering products to customers safely and courteously, while maintaining the vehicle and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in vehicle preparation, including operator maintenance.
- Ensure all products are correctly loaded and secure.
- Execute special customer requests as directed on the delivery note.
- Check all deliveries upon drop at the final designation.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping security information confidential.
- Assist in checking run sheets, orders, and routing.
- Plan routes considering the schedule and customer requests.
- Inform customers of any stock shortages or delivery issues.
- Return empty cases and gas bottles to the empties yard and unload correctly.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Complete required checks and hand over check sheets to the distribution manager.
- Help in the warehouse when required.
- Appear presentable in the LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
