With continued expansion across our Inns Estate, we are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Support Country Inn Manager to support and grow our thriving business. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and support a group of Country Inns located in: o Edale (Derbyshire Peak District) o Barley (Forest of Bowland) o Walney Island (Barrow-in-Furness) • Recruit, train, coach, and manage General Managers to ensure high standards across accommodation, food, and beverage operations. • Drive business performance by meeting and exceeding profit targets. • Support new acquisitions and property developments. • Implement and oversee promotional campaigns and pricing strategies. • Ensure all properties operate to the highest standards and comply with company policies and legal requirements. • Work collaboratively with other senior managers to deliver consistent guest experience and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in an operational management role within hospitality (hotels, pubs, inns, and restaurants). • Strong leadership and people management skills. • A hands-on leader who leads from the front with energy, confidence, and clarity. • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results. • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple venues across a region. • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
