This role is Sunday - Thursday, working 3pm until midnight.
Main Duties
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution Manager, the purpose of the Warehouse Operative will be to complete tasks which assist the day-to‑day running of the warehouse and the Housekeeping of the warehouse, the organisation of bin‑bay locations, and to ensure correct storage of all products.
Please note, this role will involve manual handling activities.
- Key Skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Able to use WMS (warehouse management systems)
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Adhering to good practice within the warehouse.
- Ensure that you follow the correct health and safety procedures.
- Wear the correct PPE for your job when on site (this will be issued)
- Communication of stock issues to warehouse Supervisors or the Managers
- Being able to prioritise workloads.
- Flexible approach to working and learning
- Able to work in a fast‑paced work environment
- FLT license an advantage
Please note: the site is not accessible by public transport.
You must be able to travel reliably by car, lift share, Village Connect minibus or cycle.
The location is around one mile outside Aylesbury.
