Job Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and sets up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Attends project kick off meetings, project team meetings, and updates on progress.
- Coordinates with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities.
- Prepares and provides project-related correspondence including progress reports and work program.
- Manages all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provides solutions to issues at site.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in construction or equivalent.
- Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
