Interim Treasury Manager – 9-12 Month FTC
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Treasury Manager to join a regulated banking environment on a maternity cover basis. This is a hands-on role focused on treasury oversight, liquidity and balance sheet management, regulatory reporting, governance, and controls.
- Key responsibilities:
- Balance sheet, liquidity & interest rate risk management
- Treasury regulatory reporting (including LCR & PRA110)
- Supporting ILAAP preparation, documentation & stress testing
- Managing ALCO reporting & governance
- Enhancing treasury controls, processes & audit remediation
- Supporting regulatory compliance & policy updates
- Treasury process improvement & automation
- Managing and mentoring a Treasury Analyst
- Requirements:
- 5+ years’ Treasury experience within a PRA/FCA regulated environment
- Strong liquidity risk & regulatory reporting experience
- Knowledge of IRRBB, stress testing & balance sheet management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
9–12 month FTC
