Start Date: April
Β£20-Β£25p/h, Β£25p/h, 8-10hrs a week onsite (ideally a Wednesday / Thursday). Weeks may vary so hourly rate is appropriate.

The position would be working directly with the Owner and Director, and the main responsibilities include:
- Reconcile SAGE Bank Account Weekly
- Update Excel Cashflow and liaise with owner regarding weekly payments
- Post purchase invoices received by email, mail and by other colleagues
- Process weekly bank payments (UK & China)
- Monthly SAGE Payroll (26th Payday)
- Keep general bookkeeping affairs up to date / emails etc
- Assist external accounts with management accounts and any SAGE queries
