Our client, a Bank based in London’s West End, is looking for a Credit Administration Officer to join their Credit Team.
Key Requirements:
- Current or previous UK banking experience is essential
- Working knowledge of Flexcube or Equation is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day debt servicing of the loan portfolio, including rollovers, rate fixing, drawdowns, repayments, fees, and covenant compliance
- Ensure all Loans Administration and Credit files are maintained
- Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of property valuations and insurance policies
- Assist in the preparation and review of facility documentation
- Support the team with monthly reporting
- Manage Safe Custody documentation, including lodging, dispatching, reconciling (for audits), and archiving of security documents
- Provide desk cover as required, including:
- Monitoring Rating Agency alerts (Fitch & Moody’s) for rating changes
- Preparing limit sheets
- Completing Credit Referrals
