Description
Join The London Palladium as a Guest Experience Host for our spectacular Pantomime, Cinderella. We are looking for enthusiastic, personable people to create extraordinary experiences for our audiences, while always ensuring their safety and security.
Our Guest Experience Hosts are the welcoming faces of The London Palladium and work closely with supervisors and management to ensure the safe and smooth running of all performances, responding professionally and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing…
- Welcoming our guests to the building and sharing your enthusiasm for live entertainment
- Delivering excellent service through the active sale of refreshments across our bars, kiosks and roaming sales points, always putting the guest experience first.
- Supporting audience members throughout their visit by listening, understanding and resolving queries with care and professionalism.
- Taking shared responsibility for audience safety by remaining alert, informed and proactive in maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for all.
What we're looking for…
- Experience in fast-paced customer-focused environments, with a commitment to delivering high standards of service
- Positive and adaptable problem solvers who respond calmly to a wide range of guest needs
- Reliable and conscientious team players who take pride in their work and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
Staff will be engaged on a 30-hour contract across 6 days, Monday-Sunday. Performances commence on Saturday 5th December 2026 to Sunday 10th January 2027. Overtime is available, with the full performance schedule here.
Successful candidates will also need to attend mandatory training sessions on Tuesday 1st- Friday 4th December, during the day.
Rate of pay:£14.79 per hour (minimum 3.75 hour call)
