Licensed Trade Charity is recruiting a Head of Estates to start ASAP. The Head of Estates will provide senior operational leadership and drive compliance and consistency of process across Estates management including: health and safety, sustainability reporting, and fleet management across LTC Education Groups schools including line management of the Estates Manager at each school. This is a new role due to growth.
Essentials for this role include:
- Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Estates Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or related fields.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
- Membership of relevant professional body e.g. RICS, CIOB.
- In depth knowledge of estates and compliance legislation.
- Full Clean U.K. drivers licence.
- Proven experience of senior estates management across multiple sites including fleet.
