Licensed Trade Charity is recruiting a Head of Estates and Compliance to start April/May 2026. The Head of Estates and Compliance will provide senior operational leadership and drive compliance and consistency of process across Estates management including: health and safety, sustainability reporting, and fleet management across LTC Education Groups schools including line management of the Estates Manager at each school. This is a new role due to growth.
Essentials for this role include:
- Degree or Equivalent professional qualifications in Estates Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or related fields.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
- In depth knowledge of estates and compliance legislation.
- Full Clean U.K. drivers licence.
Proven experience of:
- Senior estates management across multiple sites including fleet & transport compliance.
- Management of managers.
- Management of statutory compliance frameworks.
- Collation and presentation of governance reports.
- Energy & utilities data, budgets & contracts.
Strategic mindset, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation. This is a full time, 52 week a year role based at LVS Ascot. We offer a competitive salary & benefits package.
