The predicted salary is between 50000 - 90000 £ per year.
You will work in the IT Technical Support Team, providing second and third-line support to users. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimum use of the IT systems, including managing capacity, proactively monitoring error conditions and alerts and ensuring that all policies and procedures relating to security and best practice are adhered to.

- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures and follow best practices within IT operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold MCP or MCSE qualifications or be willing to study towards them.
- Experience of OS builds/rebuilds for Windows 7/10 and Windows Server (2003-2016). This includes configuring specific applications, network and user configurations.
- Experience configuring and implementing Anti-Virus technologies for servers and PCs across networks using agreed tools, procedures, and software.
- Experience participating in the administration of security implementations and analyses, including identifying and scheduling server-level updates and patches from Microsoft and managing user-level security infrastructure from domain-wide privileges to individual access rights to remote resources.
