Your drive to achieve retail targets, passion for the brand, attention to detail and immaculate customer service set you aside from your peers.Job ResponsabilitiesMain responsibilitiesHave a full understanding of the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution and artistic directionAchieve all retail sales targets and KPI’s (ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP clients, return appointments)Implement traffic stopping as a daily requirement and deliver sales as a resultEnsure all customers are offered the highest level of service in the application and use of all Givenchy productsAdhere to the merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards at all timesMust be able to support all major sales and marketing activities in and out of storeMust support the Account Manager and the Area Manager in the smooth running of the accountWork to company and store standards and rules and regulations at all timesReports intoAccount Manager in the first instanceStore Sales Manager and Givenchy Area ManagerDevelopment OpportunitiesExcellent training, coaching and support is provided for all Givenchy employees.
