b Overview /b p In this HR Business Partner role, you’ll provide commercially focused people guidance to senior leaders across UK retail and field teams, aligning HR deliverables with business objectives. You’ll blend strategic partnering with hands-on delivery on employee relations, talent acquisition and development, and key people projects. You’ll help foster an inclusive culture that values performance and client experience, supported by cross-functional collaboration with brand HQs. This is a chance to shape workforce strategy in a fast-paced luxury environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid working model /li li 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays /li li 8% pension contribution /li li Private health insurance /li li Critical illness and life cover /li li Employee assistance programme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Partner with leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams delivering exceptional client experiences /li li Provide proactive, commercially focused HR guidance for performance, development and organisational effectiveness /li li Collaborate with UK and brand HQs to implement HR programmes on engagement, retention and development /li li Coaching managers on consistent HR practices across the business /li li Represent and contribute to HR practices at LVMH group and UK level /li li Coach and develop leaders to enhance people management and drive continuous improvement /li li Manage complex employee relations cases ensuring legal compliance and best practice /li li Support organisational design, restructures and change processes /li li Oversee talent acquisition for the business area following group practices /li li Support onboarding, career development, succession planning and cross-division development /li li Analyse workforce data and use digital tools to inform decisions /li li Maintain HR data, reports and documentation, and support HRIS improvements /li li Contribute to policy maintenance and departmental projects /li li Travel to Manchester and London boutiques as needed /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, multi-site retail or commerce /li li Strong knowledge of UK employment law /li li Experience managing employee relations and stakeholder management /li li Experience in talent acquisition and development programs /li li Effective use of HR data, systems and technologies /li li Experience supporting organisational change /li li Excellent communication and coaching skills with senior stakeholders /li li Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks /li li Ability to work across teams and manage projects remotely /li li Demonstrates integrity and trust /li /ul ul li communication /li li coaching /li li influence /li li HR data analytics /li li HRIS /li li talent acquisition /li /ul
