JOB SUMMARY
As Visual Merchandising Coordinator for Fenty and Ole Henriksen, you\’ll bring our brands to life in retail. Drive visual execution, ensuring alignment with trends and guidelines. Job responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage design, briefing, production and final roll out of POS for launches and marketing activities within allocated budget working closely with UK stakeholders.
- Plan and manage development, implementation and production of VM plates and POS for Kendo launches in line with brand guidelines, liaising with local suppliers and HQ teams.
- Produce and develop Visual Merchandising launch guidelines and ensure these are communicated and being implemented effectively in stores and presenting to relevant teams.
- Create Planograms for space negotiation and VM planning
- Manage VM maintenance tracker and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Updating weekly tracker to share with the business regarding status of VM projects
- Support marketing and other stakeholders in execution of bespoke displays as required
- Support and participate in new store openings and pop ups as required
- Create POs and manage these costs in the VM budget tracker
- Manage product send outs for suppliers as required
KEY COMPETENCIES / TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Previous visual merchandising experience 3 years minimum in a similar environment (ideally beauty)
- Good knowledge of the cosmetic market (competitors, agencies, retailers…) an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and defend the brand DNA
- Ability to manage priorities, and plan ahead
- Creativity and aesthetic sense
- Budget management
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Experience of all generic software and regular use (Powerpoint, Excel…)
- Knowledge of creative tools and software: Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up (Illustrator occasionally) an advantage
