The Opportunity

Are you passionate about ecommerce and digital marketing? Join SEPHORA as a Trade Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting the seamless operation of our ecommerce platform and digital marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop key skills in online trade, consumer behaviour analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Assisting with ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising by contributing creative ideas and executing campaign tasks.
  • Conducting research and analysis on online consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align strategies and drive business objectives.
  • Learning and utilizing ecommerce and digital marketing tools, including Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.

What will help you succeed…

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset, confidence using Excel, with an interest in consumer insights.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Experience or exposure within Trade, Ecommerce, or Consumer Behaviour would be a plus.

What you need to know…

  • The internship is a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
  • You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
  • This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
