We\’re seeking a passionate and creative Senior Consumer Engagement Manager to develop and execute innovative strategies that build lasting relationships with our customers, amplify brand love, and drive growth. You\’ll be the voice of our brand, crafting engaging experiences across digital media, PR and influencer marketing touchpoints, and ensuring every interaction is as delightful and luxurious as our products. Job responsibilities

  • Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy aligned with our brand\’s vision, marketing objectives, and overall business goals.
  • Omnichannel Experience: Lead the creation of seamless and elevated consumer & community experiences across paid & organic media, PR and influencer marketing.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Oversee the development of captivating and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, reinforces our brand\’s unique personality, and sparks conversations.
  • Social Media Management: Drive our social media presence, creating engaging content calendars and considered advertising strategy, fostering community interaction, managing influencer collaborations, and staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant and loyal customer community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and creating opportunities for connection and co-creation.
  • CRM & Personalization: Work with our CRM department to help personalize communications and create targeted campaigns that drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Track and analyse key engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies, improve performance, and inform decision-making.
  • PR & Influencer Management: Plan and execute engaging PR & influencer experiences, both in-person and virtual, that create memorable brand moments and foster deeper community connections.

Profile

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (7 years) in consumer engagement, social media marketing, or a related field, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry.
  • A passion for beauty, a love for our brand, and a genuine desire to connect with our customers.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and on-brand content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and try new things.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
