Berluti is currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate (W/M) for our Conduit St. store, located in London. The Sales Associate will be a true Ambassador and key partner to maximise all sales opportunities while maintaining our standards in all areas. He/she will engage the clients in our universe with enthusiasm and passion by providing a unique experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Create an extraordinary and unique experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Acquire Berluti technical skills for sales and product knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Complete the necessary administration according to the policies in place.

Clienteling:

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service, complying with Berluti’s quality standards, and to the selling ceremony.
  • Cultivate new and existing relationships with local and international customers.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and passion.
  • Respect the CRM practices (mailings, e-mailings, thank you letters, etc.) and make reports to the Central team.
  • Assist and support after sales service in accordance with Maison values.
  • Be aware of the industry news and competitors.

Operations:

  • Participate in regular checks and in necessary supply stocking/restocking.
  • Ensure compliance in all areas with Berluti policies.
