The Receptionist internship is a full‑time six‑month opportunity to gain work experience in a Fashion House in London and to support the front office operations at the Head Office.

Job responsibilities
  • The intern will be supporting and working alongside the Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
  • Reception: Meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of guests, ensuring the relevant person is notified of their arrival.
  • Monitor entry of reception and ensure all visitors are assisted in a timely manner.
  • Coordination of deliveries and courier collections, including internal courier between boutiques and Head Office.
  • Arrange Taxi bookings for team members.
  • Organise and maintain office supplies.
  • Maintain the office to excellent conditions as per Christian Dior standards.
  • Holiday cover when Office Co‑Ordinator is on annual leave.
  • Work alongside Office Co‑Ordinator for meeting room coordination and setup for meetings and events, ensuring that rooms are always kept to a high standard.
  • Monitor Reception Inbox and distribute to relevant departments.
  • Receive and distribute all post, as well as arranging outgoing documents.
  • Keep Head Office and store contact list up to date as well as email distribution lists.
  • Ad‑hoc admin support.
  • Press: Arranging all Press couriers & bike messengers, ensuring all press deliveries are logged and collected in a timely manner.
Profile
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working as a receptionist (desired).
  • English & Maths GCSEs and/or A level Equivalent.
Additional information
  • Must be able to work full‑time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Hours: 09:00-18:00/08:00-17:00 based fully at the Head Office.
