PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Assist the PR Team and Digital Team with the day to day running of the PR & Digital Departments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the PR Executive in achieving the department’s key objectives.
  • Support the PR Team in the organisation of all press and influencer launches.
  • Assist PR team with the booking of travel and compilation of itineraries for all press and influencer trips.
  • Be the key point of contact for all journalists’ requests.
  • Handle, fulfil and log all press enquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure prompt and timely send out of all new launches to the appropriate audience.
  • Manage and update the media and influencer contact databases on a regular basis.
  • Manage all print and online press coverage in terms of collation, uploading onto Clippings platform, presenting and distributing internally and to the International Team in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Become proficient in influencer tracking platform, regularly monitoring brand buzz and competitor activity and creating campaigns around influencer activations and events.
  • Control product cupboard stock and efficiently order stock for new launches and send-outs as approved by Comex team.
  • Help compile internal reports and competitor analysis.
  • Day-to-day administrative duties including using SAP to raise purchase orders and updating the budget tracker.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics associated with large-scale influencer and press product mailings, ensuring all packing and delivery logistics are executed efficiently, while monitoring social coverage and campaign performance following each seeding.
  • Coordinate product launches across all e-retailers to drive sales and maximise opportunities.
  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Givenchy brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with external agencies/suppliers for assets production, validating these and working with e-retailers to implement.
  • Produce local creative banners and assets using Adobe Photoshop in accordance with global Givenchy asset guidelines.
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Givenchy and competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities.
  • Oversee product seeding and send-outs to influencers and prospective customers driving reviews and traffic to e-retailer sites.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.
  • Eager to learn and willingness to get ‘stuck-in’.
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience using Photoshop desirable but not mandatory.
  • A passion for PR and a love of the media.
  • An interest and awareness of UK fashion, beauty and lifestyle bloggers.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Be reactive to journalists' needs.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good team player.
  • Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced pressurised environment.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
