As a Bvlgari Parfums Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales while delivering an exceptional experience to every client. You will be responsible for supporting store sales, managing the day-to-day operations of the counter, and embodying the Maison’s DNA and heritage to the highest standards.

Job responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed personal and counter sales targets on a monthly and annual basis, contributing to the business growth and success of the store.
  • Proactively develop new client relationships, while nurturing and strengthening existing ones.
  • Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Retail Manager.
  • Use initiative to maximise every selling opportunity across the collections, tailoring recommendations to meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Achieve and exceed personal KPIs set by your line manager, ensuring the highest standards of sales excellence.
  • Deliver a superior customer service experience by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge while guiding clients through the full Bulgari journey.
  • Foster brand loyalty, transforming every client visit into an unforgettable luxury shopping experience, emerging them into the world of Bulgari.
  • Share and communicate the Maison’s heritage, values, legacy, and mission with our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless and high-quality client experiences.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and maintaining a healthy stockholding on the shop floor.
  • Uphold pristine shop‑floor standards and assist the Business Manager with any additional tasks to ensure readiness for trade at all times.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards in line with Bulgari’s luxury image.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within luxury department stores; experience in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury goods is also highly desirable.
  • Customer service excellence, with the ability to create personalized and exceptional experiences.
  • Creative and self‑confident in the client journey, with strong selling skills and techniques.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and committed to achieving personal goals.
  • Genuine passion in the fragrance/beauty industry, with an awareness of market trends.
