The Opportunity

Join SEPHORA as a Merchandising Intern, where you’ll assist the team in maximising sales, optimising stock availability, and supporting promotional activities across key categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in merchandising, data analysis, and product management while contributing to the success of Sephora’s merchandising operations.
What you’ll be doing…
- Supporting the creation and sharing of weekly reports, including Merchandising trading packs, open Purchase Order reports, and availability updates.
- Contributing to the updating and management of the weekly forecasting tool, focusing on stock levels, new products, and fast‑moving or slow‑selling products.
- Assisting in the preparation and set‑up of promotional campaigns and supplier funding campaigns in line with product launches.
- Helping with the investigation of brands/products with low availability, poor fulfilment, or slow stock turnover, and supporting the development of action plans to resolve issues.
- Liaising with the Buying team to ensure smooth product flow and timely product launches.
- Assisting in resolving stock‑related issues and collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including Buying, Operations, and Finance, to maintain optimal stock levels.

- The internship is a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
- You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
