Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK in a key role, where you’ll be responsible for bringing our products and brands to life online. Working at the heart of our digital operations, you’ll ensure every product page is accurate, engaging and ready to launch – from new brand onboarding to campaign activations. Your work will directly impact how our clients discover, engage with and shop our products, making every detail count in delivering a seamless online experience.
What you’ll be doing…
- Prepare and publish product content across the website, including copy, imagery, video and key attributes
- Ensure all product and brand data meets Sephora standards before going live
- Create and maintain product, supplier, pricing and promotional data across internal systems
- Partner with Commercial teams to gather assets and information for product launches
- Support the setup of new brands and suppliers, ensuring accurate and complete data
- Carry out quality checks across product pages and existing records to maintain high standards
- Manage incoming requests through internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Support the setup and execution of promotional campaigns across the website
- Use digital tools and platforms to prepare and optimise product pages for publication
- Build strong working relationships across Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy and ways of working
