The Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the Fenty Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair and Fenty Fragrance activations across Boots, Sephora and Space NK. The role will also provide broader support to the marketing team, including stock management, competitor analysis, presentation development, and purchase order administration. The ideal candidate is highly organised, passionate about the beauty industry, and able to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful and successful initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of multi-axis Fenty campaigns across Boots, Sephora and Space NK, including but not limited to joining weekly retailer meetings, collating copy and creative assets, tracking campaign activity and supporting with events, masterclasses and pop ups.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage the Samples and NSG Tracker, ensuring stock is ordered accurately and delivered on time to each retailer.
- Coordinate monthly ordering of NPD products for Head Office and retailer gifting.
- Manage and save creative assets from the Fenty Global team, ensuring the Commercial team have the required materials for retailer PDP set‑ups.
- Liaise with the Commercial team on promotions and act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring point‑of‑sale materials are printed and delivered to stores on time.
- Lead monthly competitor analysis, including pricing, positioning and customer engagement insights.
- Support the Marketing Manager with local gift set concepts and production.
- Own gift wrap proposals and oversee production.
- Ensure all invoices are raised, accurately coded and tracked on a monthly basis.
- Collate information and produce presentations for internal and external meetings as required.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication across departments.
- Attend regular cross‑functional meetings with key stakeholders.
- Undertake ad‑hoc projects aligned with business needs and personal development.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- 2+ Years relevant experience and degree required; beauty industry/retail experience strongly preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
- Strong time management, administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail in both managing tasks and budget tracking.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to deliver strong, polished, effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross‑functional teams.
- Creative thinker and proactive, resourceful problem solver.
- Ability to seek out and identify up‑and‑coming global beauty, fashion and culture trends.
- Able to work under pressure effectively & efficiently and juggle priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive demeanour with a can‑do attitude.
