Your Impact
Within the Beauty team, the Beauty Consultant is responsible for promoting with passion the Dior Brand and Values. As a member of the Dior team, she/he demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times. This role is crucial for providing an unforgettable client experience with a high standard of service and achieving defined sales targets while promoting the brand image. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including other team members and, when needed, with retailer's staff or free‑lancers.
Job responsibilities
- Selling Dior
- Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
- Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic‑stopping
- Identify and understand customers’ needs
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross‑category. Offer a global beauty approach.
- Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
- Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
- Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge
- Client Experience and Management
- Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely
- Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction
- Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability. Perform all CRM and clienteling activities
- Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions
- Operations
- Know and apply merchandising guidelines
- Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate levels. Report insufficient stock.
- Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed (only if applicable)
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues (only if applicable)
- Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain good relationships with retailers
- Respect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines

Profile
Preferably previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury (1-2 years / to be adapted locally). Ideally a proven track record in excelling retail results & of working within a luxury retail environment.
