  • Your Mission

As a Compensation & Benefits Co-Ordinator based in Manchester, you will thieve in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity.

You will report to the Compensation and Benefit Lead and play a key role in supporting in the following areas:

  • Payroll
  • Assist with processing staff payroll
  • Help submit the monthly payroll to the payroll bureau
  • Support the management of the payroll calendar
  • Assist in preparing the monthly payroll journal, including Brand journals.

Compensation

  • Support the local annual pay review process
  • Assist in preparing salary increases and bonus letters.
  • Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews
  • Liaise with benefit providers and update staff changes on a monthly basis
  • Support internal communication and training on reward-related topics.
  • Budgets, Reporting & HRIS
  • Ensure accurate information is updated in a timely manner
  • Update monthly KPIs.
  • Reward & General HR
  • Assist in reviewing reward and benefits
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee enquiries
  • Support cross-functional HR projects and general duties as required to ensure high service quality, including note taking.

  • Professional Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in HR/payroll administration
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and performing calculations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with colleagues across the organisation
  • Excellent PC skills, preferred experience using various software packages, including knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
