SEPHORA UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Head Office to attract, engage and hire top talent across corporate functions. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing strategy to offer management and onboarding handover, building diverse pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You will partner with hiring managers and HR, source high‑calibre candidates via direct search, networking and referrals, and coach stakeholders.
