Assist the Product Manager in daily retail operational tasks and projects for Givenchy Beauty.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy Beauty marketing plan UK / Eire. This includes but is not limited to; AOG, GWP & Sample management, monthly retailer allocation management, product & POSM orders, instore & retailer eventing, GWP and sample repacks, new store openings, promotional site requirements, raising POs and bi-monthly reconciliation of budget.
- Follow up day to day needs from the field and liaise with the Sales & Training departments.
- Follow up on various trade requests, in line with the trade marketing plan.
- Responsible for development and production of retailer specific marketing material, in line with Product Manager’s guidelines and budget.
- Aurora platform owner: consistent update of new launch information & imagery uploads.
- Complete two store visits per month & regularly update monthly tracker with key competitor activations.
- NPD market analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Compilation of POSM forecasts including yearly GWP & AOG forecast with full retail analysis.
- EFAST platform owner managing forecast uploads, forecast modifications and exchange book requests.
- Leftover tracking (POSM & saleable), including file analysis, liaising with supply team on discrepancies & global stock, comparison to budget tracker.
- Share weekly update with Marketing team on internal logistics letters, and monthly sharing of product catalogue to full team.
- Compilation of quarterly action sheets.
- Prepare file & brief Retail Performance Manager on monthly allocations (launch & basic). Liaise with CS, supply & other teams on any OOS / delays / quota issues.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
- Assist with internal and external marketing presentations.
Profile
- University educated.
- Previous experience in Marketing or a related field, preferably in luxury goods in retail industry and/or FMCG.
- Inherent interest in the Beauty industry.
- Available for 1 year.
