MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- SALES
- Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire & gain new clients
- Provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors
- Pro-actively sell products & provide luxury service
- Be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets
- Be aware of KPI’s
- SERVICE
- Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & be able to propose products to clients
- Demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product
- Initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter
- Identify, understand & reformulate client needs
- Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty
- Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian
- KPI: To receive any positive feedback and it to reflect in your KPI’s
- GENERAL
- Participate in merchandise management
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager
- Conduct all operational & administrative tasks
