This is an exciting opportunity for a designer looking to hone their skills within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we are constantly striving to enhance the relevance and performance of our campaigns. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be working with numerous departments across the business developing engaging visuals that captivate our audience across digital, social, and in-store experiences.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
- Creating visually compelling graphics for digital, print and physical store installations.
- Ensuring all visuals are optimised for the specific channel usage (Website, Email, App, Social, Print, Store, OOH etc.).
- Asset execution for 360 omni-channel campaigns throughout the year ensuring consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Designing motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media and digital screens.
- Receiving briefs, presenting creative ideas, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine and elevate design concepts.
- Staying ahead of emerging design trends to support website and digital marketing initiatives.
- Adapting global assets for key seasonal campaigns to ensure they retain campaign consistency but are relevant to the UK market.
- Support in the design of cultural moments across the calendar including Pride, Eid, and Black History Month.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for digital design. A team player, who can work collaboratively with the design team and wider marketing department, and remain agile and open to feedback and input from others.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
- A strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics expertise.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
- Knowledge of video editing, motion design, and animation.
- A keen understanding of digital technology and CRM, with the ability to suggest new creative solutions.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
