As a Fragrance Consultant for Givenchy you are a brand ambassador, experienced in the retail sector of the Beauty business or similar industry. Your drive to achieve retail targets, passion for the brand, attention to detail and immaculate customer service set you aside from your peers.

Have a full understanding of the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution and artistic direction
Achieve all retail sales targets and KPI’s (ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP clients, return appointments)
Implement traffic stopping as a daily requirement and deliver sales as a result
Ensure all customers are offered the highest level of service in the application and use of all Givenchy products
Adhere to the merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards at all times
Must be able to support all major sales and marketing activities in and out of store
