We are currently seeking a proactive and self‐motivated CDM Intern to join the Marketing team for 6 months to learn and develop skills within client development & retail marketing.
Job responsibilities:- Support the Client Development Manager on CDM and Direct Marketing operations.
- Maximise Clients Knowledge within the boutiques and across the business.
- Optimise boutique use of the CRM system.
- Monitor weekly and monthly reporting for the Boutiques, HQ, Finance department and Management of the zone.
- Monitor Direct Marketing tools and associated operations:
- Collect catalogues, look books and gifting requests from the Boutiques and place orders with HQ.
- Receive and dispatch communication tools and gifting, etc.
- Ensure smooth process of DM actions and maintain goal focus within the Boutiques.
- Participate in projects related to CRM activities.
- Improve database accuracy and CRM system on hand to optimise the boutique KPI's, monitor the capture rate performance.
- Reply to all boutique requests.
- Take part in the Boutique Events structure:
- Support occasionally the Marketing department in the organisation of events/activities.
- Monitor strong client's attendance to in‐store.
- Stand at the front of house for the check‐in of guests or on site for the collection of customers' details.
- All other tasks assigned within the marketing department.
- 6 months to 1-year related experience in Client Development / statistics and analysis of data performance.
- Understanding of retail business operations.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Proficient in use of Window Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick adaptation to a new software/system.
- Knowledge of Neolane CRM system will be a plus.
- Time management skills, committed, flexible, self‐motivated.
- Must be available for at least 6 months.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Able to work full time (40 hours per week with Monday to Friday flexibility).
