The Logistics Coordinator and Data Analyst plays a central role in master data management, responsible for creating and maintaining data in SAP to ensure regulatory compliance of our products in the market, to comply with environmental taxes obligations in the UK, and to foster a data-driven approach throughout the entire Supply Chain as a business enabler. Furthermore, the role involves orchestrating our daily logistics operations and partnering closely with our 3PL for warehousing, transportation and value-added services. Crucially, he/she will actively contribute to cross‑functional projects, with a strong focus on comprehensive supply chain optimisation.
A core responsibility will entail the meticulous analysis and utilisation of various data points – such as material, customer, inventory, and environmental data – to drive continuous improvement in execution flows for higher efficiency, optimise delivery routes, enhance customer satisfaction and optimise distribution cost.
Job responsibilities
- Master Data Management
- Extend Finished Goods and POSM master data in SAP in our local division.
- Create local SKUs in SAP to serve exclusive MHUK market needs.
- Maintaining Customer and Material master data including material life cycle status in SAP.
- Create Bill of Material to support co-packing and rework activities.
- Maintain in coordination with Maisons master data teams ABV%, custom codes, the units of measure, packing information, nutrition and allergen information as well as environmental data to feed Supply Chain reports, 3PL WMS and CSR regulatory obligations.
- Maintenance of the POSM platform master data.
- Inbound and Outbound Management – Finished Goods and POSM
- Daily coordination with 3PL of logistics flows in and out of the warehouse.
- On‑time in full stock landing and customer deliveries monitoring.
- Non‑conformity follow‑up and resolution with 3PL and Customer Service.
- Optimisation of outbound processes and customer deliveries.
- Stock Management – Finished Goods and POSM
- Management of late differentiation activities to meet the expressed need.
- Instruction and follow‑up of recycling and destruction operations for end‑of‑life management of the goods.
- Work collaboratively with the Brand teams to manage POSM stock levels and define the necessary replenishments.
- Performance monitoring and Reporting
- Collect data and compile logistics Key Performance Indicators (stock level, stock accuracy, stock occupancy, 3PL Service Level) and communicate to stakeholders.
- Run the periodic reports to share availability and rotation of stock to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the Power BI reports for optimal data and indicators.
- Analyse KPIs, logistics value chain and non-conformities to identify bottlenecks, time loss, and root causes of failure.
- Identify areas of improvement and design target solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to implement reliable and robust processes.
- Actively contribute to projects by bringing expertise and testing out solutions before roll‑out.
- Write out and maintain all procedures associated with full logistics processes scope.
Profile
- Languages: Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Professional experience & know-how: 2 to 4 years of experience in Logistics or more broadly Supply Chain. Advanced Excel skills, creating simple and intuitive reports from complex data from SAP and 3PL’s system. Ability to use Excel VBA or Power BI is a plus. Good level of SAP knowledge.
