PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the Senior Key Account Manager in delivering commercial targets across assigned accounts, while owning key operational, analytical and digital execution responsibilities. The role will act as the central coordinator for all e-retail activity across assigned accounts by supporting the Senior Key Account Manager in managing the end-to-end process of digital launches, content implementation, retailer briefs and onsite execution, while also owning the Sephora account from a commercial and operational perspective.
Job responsibilities
In this capacity, your duties will be as follows:
- Category 1 Retail & Wholesale Analysis: Produce & maintain weekly retail sales reports, support analysis of new launches and promotional performance. Request and consolidate retailer trade reports, contribute to monthly corporate reporting, including rankings, trends & key drivers. Monitor competitor activity & retailer visibility across the market.
- Category 2 Sales Operations & Administration: Validate incoming orders in line with launch allocations & stock availability, complete new line forms, promotional forms & retailer submissions. Update budget trackers & raise purchase orders for sales & marketing activity. Support promotional funding tracking & invoice reconciliation, communicating accurate information across internal teams. Assist with P&L tracking, by actualising trackers including gross sales, returns, markdowns & trade marketing.
- Category 3 Stock Management & Analysis: Checking out of stocks & ensuring retailers are informed of any issues in a timely manner. Send stock & order requests to Retailers ahead of order schedule. Assist in the returns process (Store Audit, budget analysis, etc).
- Category 4 E-Retail & Digital Execution: Support the coordination of digital launches across key e-retailers, manage retailer briefs for campaigns, launches & onsite activity. Oversee the delivery of assets, copy & creative to retailers. Review & check onsite activity across e-retail partners to ensure accuracy, visibility & brand alignment. Support reporting on digital campaigns & visibility.
- Category 5 Sephora Account Management: Own the Sephora account end to end, with responsibility for day-to-day commercial & operational management. Act as the main point of contact across sales, launches & promotional activity. Manage orders, replenishment & launch planning to support gross sales/ retail targets. Track weekly & monthly performance, identifying risks & opportunities. Proactively flag challenges to hitting targets & propose solutions to drive growth. Coordinate all marketing & digital activity with internal teams & Sephora contacts. Support store rollouts, ensuring correct planograms, assortments & stock levels are in place. Liaise with retail and field teams to monitor in-store performance & resolve issues. Provide regular performance updates & recommendations to the Senior Key Account Manager.
- Category 6 Coordination & Communication: Act as a key contact with retailers ensuring strong collaboration with the Givenchy Sales team. Work closely with PR, Digital, Marketing & Retail teams to ensure alignment across all activations. Support the Senior Key Account Manager on key projects and strategic initiatives. Liaising with Retail team regarding store specific performance & staffing. As well as the Finance team on invoicing, promotional funding, rebates & payment queries.
Profile
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Required Experience: Previous experience in a sale, digital or account executive role preferred.
Computer skills: Confident in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Other skills or know-how: Analytical and comfortable working with data. Interest in beauty, luxury or digital retail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a hands-on approach.
Soft skills: Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail. Proactive and organised.
