This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK as an Integrated Marketing Manager (FTC), leading the strategic planning and execution of our marketing animations across all channels. In this role, you’ll lead a small, high‑performing team and play a critical part in translating global strategies into effective, locally relevant campaigns that resonate with our UK audience. You’ll bring together multiple teams to deliver a seamless 360° customer experience, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across every touchpoint.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the key UK point of contact for global marketing teams, translating global strategy into locally relevant, high‑impact campaigns.
- Own and shape the omni‑channel marketing calendar, maximising key trading moments and cultural opportunities.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated, multi‑brand campaigns – from global animations to local activations.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Creative, E‑commerce, CRM, Product, Trade and Retail teams to deliver seamless 360° campaigns.
- Drive consistency and excellence across all campaigns, ensuring strong messaging, visual identity and best practice execution.
- Identify trends and customer behaviours to develop relevant, insight‑led content strategies.
- Bring campaigns to life through compelling storytelling, creating meaningful customer engagement across every touchpoint.
- Deliver a connected omnichannel experience, bridging digital and in‑store to strengthen the Sephora brand experience.
- Lead the execution of engaging in‑store activations and events, in close collaboration with Retail teams.
- Develop initiatives that drive customer engagement, footfall and loyalty programme growth.
- Continuously improve ways of working by streamlining processes and enhancing marketing effectiveness.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
