As a Fragrance Consultant for Givenchy you are a brand ambassador, experienced in the retail sector of the Beauty business or similar industry. Your drive to achieve retail targets, passion for the brand, attention to detail and immaculate customer service set you aside from your peers.
Job responsibilities
- Have a full understanding of the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution and artistic direction
- Achieve all retail sales targets and KPI’s (ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP clients, return appointments)
- Implement traffic stopping as a daily requirement and deliver sales as a result
- Ensure all customers are offered the highest level of service in the application and use of all Givenchy products
- Adhere to the merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards at all times
- Must be able to support all major sales and marketing activities in and out of store
- Must support the Account Manager and the Area Manager in the smooth running of the account
- Work to company and store standards and rules and regulations at all times

- Account Manager in the first instance
- Store Sales Manager and Givenchy Area Manager
Excellent training, coaching and support is provided for all Givenchy employees. Beauty Consultants can expect to be given the opportunity to learn additional skills and to take on additional responsibilities to widen their experience and prepare them to move to the next level.
