As Field Coach and Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the education team with operational tasks and event preparation. You will act as a brand ambassador for Givenchy driving sales through in-store coaching & events. Reporting into the Education Manager and working closely with the sales team to increase overall KPIs in store.

Responsibilities:

  • Support education team with operational tasks and event preparation
  • Coach and mentor all team members on shop floor
  • Take ownership of sales driven activations and show tangible results
  • Support the planning and execution of the annual training plan aligned with education department needs
  • Update training tools and materials
  • Coordinate and support training sessions and ad-hoc training requests
  • Organise all travel for training sessions
  • Manage training admin, stock, logistics, invoicing, payments & uniform
  • Contribute, coordinate and implement new ideas to drive retail sales
  • Lead in-store coaching to increase BCs performance/KPIs
  • Lead by example with brand selling ceremonies and best practices on counter

Profile:

Required Experience: Must have shop floor experience with a track record of achieving KPIs.

Other skills or know-how: Enthusiastic, self-reliant, proactive and team player. Is flexible to travel in line with training & retail requirements.

Soft skills: Must be organised and manage time well to achieve tight deadlines.

Recruitment process:
