Your Impact

The E-commerce Executive plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and strategic development of Dior. com.

This role involves assisting in the definition and execution of the e-commerce strategy, managing product information, overseeing new product launches, implementing promotional activities and optimisation initiatives to enhance Revenue, CVR and AOV.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external teams are essential to deliver a premium online customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecommerce Strategy Support and Execution

  • Assist in defining and executing the ecommerce strategy based on the trading calendar, aligning with key priorities and brand equity.
  • Manage the new launches by localising product information, PDP contents, setting up a campaign, activating relevant services with warehouse, and liaising with internal and central teams.
  • Set up and manage promotional activities, optimising on-site content and supporting new projects to enhance discovery and CVR.

2. Website Management and On-site Optimisation

  • Ensure flawless execution of site content updates to support trade activities, optimising product listings based on product performance, visual assets for conversions.
  • Complete and verify site updates through daily site checks, identify bugs and troubleshoot by liaising with IT to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.
  • Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research, optimising copy, and monitoring SEO performance in collaboration with marketing and central SEO team.
  • Implement new CRO initiatives using content, coding and static key, to improve CVR, AOV and to reduce user frustration.

Verify AB test implementation in collaboration with central team.

3. Reporting and Analysis

  • Assist daily and weekly reports on ecommerce performance and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Content Square to identify opportunities for site optimisation and increased AOV.

4. Project Support and Coordination

  • Assist local execution of central projects such as dior. com revamps – including PDP, checkout, my account revamp.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of new feature and new projects.

Experience & Education

  • 2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, with a focus on trading, content management, CRO, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Exposure to the luxury, fashion, beauty, or retail industries is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and CMS such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and SAP.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Content Square.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel for reporting, data analysis, and issue tracking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational or system‑related issues and coordinate resolutions.
