As the Digital & E-Retail Intern, you'll join our dynamic Communications, Culture and Digital team within the wider marketing department. Reporting to the E-Retail Content & Activation Manager and CRM Manager, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience driving brand desirability and conversion. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact across our brand portfolio through e-retail strategies, impactful CRM campaigns, and essential design contributions, collaborating closely with brand and on trade/off trade teams.
Job responsibilities:
- Optimise product content (pack shots, descriptions) for PDPs across major E-Retailers (Amazon, E-Grocery, E-Specialists) to drive engagement and sales.
- Create engaging banners for e-retail activations with brand consistency.
- Monitor, report on, and optimise listings, developing data-driven merchandising skills.
- Manage and refresh A+ content, Brand Stores, and PDPs on Amazon.
- Liaise with the Global Content Team on content requirements and localisation.
- Support the identification of new e-retail growth avenues.
CRM Campaign Management:
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns from brief to execution with CRM agencies.
- Manage approvals and proof-test emails for flawless delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM calendar for optimal timing and coordination.
- Compile and analyse campaign data into monthly and quarterly reports.
- Contribute to CRM strategy and campaign planning.
- Support briefs and testing for data acquisition campaigns to optimise performance.
Creative Design:
- Use Photoshop and other design tools to create graphic assets for marketing initiatives (e-retail, CRM), enhancing brand identity.
Team & Operational Support:
- Develop and share harmonised team calendars and reports.
- Support cross-functional projects, shared learnings, and competitor monitoring (CRM/E-retail) to foster team synergy.
Profile Who You Are:
- Motivated individual with strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand building.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Photoshop or other design software a plus.
- Team player thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Marketing, Business, or Communications degree (in progress or recently completed).
