The Opportunity

Join our CRM team at SEPHORA UK as a CRM Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of engaging customer communications across email and app. This is an exciting chance to learn how CRM campaigns are planned, built, and optimised while working alongside a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. You’ll develop real‑world skills in campaign execution, customer journey planning, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional teamwork all while contributing to an iconic global beauty brand.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Supporting the build and execution of email and app campaigns, including briefing, testing, and scheduling.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure content and messaging are aligned with trade, marketing, and brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with the setup and QA of lifecycle and automated journeys.
  • Helping to prepare A/B tests, gather results, and support reporting.
  • Monitoring performance dashboards and helping translate data into simple insights.
  • Learning how we use key CRM tools and platforms to personalise the customer experience.
  • Supporting the development of emerging channels such as SMS and push notifications.
  • Helping with day‑to‑day coordination and team organisation, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on time.
  • Staying aware of CRM trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

  • A desire to learn how CRM tools work (experience with Braze, Ometria, Salesforce, or Klaviyo is a bonus, not a requirement).
  • Basic analytical skills and an interest in understanding campaign performance.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, you’re eager to learn, ask questions, and support a busy team in a fast‑paced environment.

What you need to know…

The internship is a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026. You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship. This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week. The application deadline is Sunday 15th March 2026 at 11:59 PM GMT.
